Anybody in Reading?

Hi all I'm new and I live in Reading, I just wondered if there were many people round here or if there were any regular meets in the area? :/

I'm just outside in Twyford, I ride retro and modern. Generally I get up early on the weekend and try and do a decent length ride - 48 miles across the Chilterns recently!

Any recommendations for someone that's new to Twyford (moving from West London next week)? I need to explore the local villages so I can learn my way around (wife's from Henley, so is an expert) and it would be nice to mix up the roads with a a few trails.

Recovering from ten years commuting by Tube so need to ease myself in gradually.

that part of the world is lovely Russ. I grew up/went to school round that area (well more towards the Bucks side)
