Otis Guy, who recently retired from the Ross Valley Fire Department after 30 years, is the third fastest-ever rider on Repack, only three seconds off the record.
When I was researching my custom road bike (being built as we speak... hopefully), I investigated Otis Guy. He has a website but I didn`t get the impression that it was maintained or kept up to date. Is he still building?
