this is probably a stupid question that has been answered many times, but I can't find that answer, so here goes.
I need to know what size seatpost I should be looking for.
I have a 1999 Marin Indian Fire Trail frame, the seat tube is 34.9mm o/d and 30mm i/d. What size seatpost would be best suited to this? Should I be looking for a 30mm dia seatpost or perhaps a 29.8mm? Ideally I'd like to find something carbon, were they manufactured in these sizes?
