I did the first one, a few years back, tried to do the second but my bike died, as did I, largely due to poor preparation and lack of sleep in the build up.
Finally getting abck into some sort of shape again and really keen to do it again - although brutally hard at times, one of the best riding experiences of my life - Highly recomended as something to do at least once...
