hi
just bought a "new" bike
the price was so low and it looked like it was pretty original and good state that i couldn't leave it
parents are getting a little tired of my bikes (i'm just 20 years and still in the university) now i have 5 road bikes (3 cool one's)

but now the bike:
just bought it didn't clean it yet but it is in very nice state

frame: raleigh dynatech 700 size 57
wheels: alesa rims on mailard hubs
brakes: campangolo
cranck: campangolo strada 175mm
front and rear mech: shimano 600
shifters: shimano 105
seat / seatstay: turbo / SR
handlebar / stem: both 3TTT
pedals:....

Spiesbok,

Tell your parents that with 5 bikes your still an amateur. There are people on this forum with many more. Some even have 6, 7, 8, 9 ...or 10 :shock: 5 is a good start. I remember it: that must have been somewhere in 2001 for me, not long after I discovered classified sites. Judging by the garden you would think your parents place offers room for a couple more, what is a good thing given the prices for bicycles in Belgium.

On the Raleigh: I've had the same bike. Rode beautifully.
 
Mel, 10 is still to few. I have a friend who has (had?) about 140 :shock: They are everywhere in his house, garage, shed, stable.

I have 15.
