Roll up, roll up - Build-a-Bike for me for Drumlanrig. Help me dress Macretro's very own 1990 Shonkjumper... Choose from a wide selection of parts over the next few days, and create a singlespeed for your's truly.
Here's your starting point - the frame is a fetchingly scuffed dark grey, with deep red and green on what is left of the decals:
First of all, choose a stem and bars:
Option 1 - Period Incorrect - Original stem and a lovely wide Azonics bar in varying shades of sun faded red. Goes quite well with the red in the decals.
Option 2 - A twist of British - Original stem, and some X-Lite risers. Somehow they fitted.
Option 3 - 1980's BMX Bull bars - Weighing in at half a ton, but ooooh shiney, with a shonky shim to make that narrow BMX stem fit.
I'll run the poll for 24 hours-ish, and then move on to the next part, building the bike up and posting pictures... if there's any interest
