What is the standard stem bolt size?

I've been thinking we could do with a standard bolt size sticky, maybe in the wiki? And allen, dome head types etc?

Yeah m6x1 should be correct
Make sure you get the right length though

Measure yours but dont include the head in measurements

if only it were that easy .... there are M5 bolts which take 5 mm allen key, such as those used on SRAM X0 shifters but that is an exception, rather than the rule.

only sure way is to remove bolt and measure thread diameter.
