80mm Quill Stem

Hi Andy,
What length is the insertion tube from the minimum insertion marker to centre of stem tube? (ie how tall is it when the stem is placed on its minimum insertion marker).
If it is only ~80mm like alot of the 90's racing stems I don't think it will be of any use to me.
