got the levers I was looking for- new stem and bars and proper cable routing, might search for a shiny post but pretty much finished now.

Wow! That is there I'd say, got the look spot on now imo.

The one and only criticism would be that the brake cables should pass behind the bars rather than in front...

cheers Tel- I wondered if there was a correct way to route the cables, I did a wee search of the readers bikes and was sure I saw one with them in the front so went that way ho hum
