You can get stuff as used on carbon boat hulls or somesuch which will afford some sort of repair. A friend who was a mechanic used this stuff to repair a set of zipp carbon rims.

If you can work out how far the crack is you could lop the seatclamp area off enough to remove the crack?

looks like its well into the taper of the seatstays,
I bet the seatpost has got siezed in at some point, they've tried some brute force on it and pulled the whole internal seat-pin column out with the post. :shock:
