Indeed, the cranks are drilled in the WRA and ALWAYS arms were heavier than RooX.
WRA' crank material is brittle and often cracked.
were also "STEINBACH STONE CRANK" and some of them were drilled, and some were full of arms.

as I know many brands have this cranks in offer in lot of versions - all of them had same shape of arms, difference was CNC finish

CPI started showing those cranks at the Taipei show in 1993 and anybody that wanted to buy them could get the main shape altered and logo'd anyway they wanted to their own spec. The samples they had in their booth had a very heavy CNC mill finish. Never really thought it was a good crank or design and from what I remember they had a wide q-factor.
