Don't know how you lot do it but I swapped my first ones this week after getting a shock for a mate that the mount kit was too short on. Read a few things about using a socket to push the bushes out using a vice or similar.

Had a root round and came across this on eBay and thought I would give it a try as it wasn't too dear.

Well worth a punt. Got the bushes out and replaced on an RP23 in about twenty minutes.

mine is made from a bolt and some washers
and a lathed piece which is very similar of not the same size as a bit of shock hardware (makes sense)
so you could create one out of a bolt and a larger shock mount/hardware

havent worked out how they worrk properly though
i normally put a socket on one end to pull the bush into
