I took my Trek Y3 which when it finally worked properly (thanks to Si and his anodised purple chainring bolt bodge) was a great machine. If I had the legs it went uphill better than some of the rigid/hardtails and down just as well, weakest link other than the one in the chain was me. Need to have better attention to detail when building bikes and wish I could get fitter :roll:
 
Thanks for the welcomes guys. Had a great time at the weekend and enjoyed catching up with Velo again. Really looking forward to seeing you all at Drum next month.

The garage clearout continues: just sold yet another bike - that's 6 gone now. Just 2 frames to go - the Wahoo and the Univega then I will have space to buy some more.
