how old are they, is it normal quick release, how much use have they had, have they been serviced ? what size and length is the steerer tube.

I believe they are a 2008 fork, but not sure. Normal QR. I cannot say how much use as I bought them second hand. They do work nicely though and imo do not need a service at the moment.
