Guidance Please on Cannondale M900

I'd have thought two hundred not three, but then Cannondales have a certain value that I don't quite understand, with the quality of the one picture you have no idea about the condition of the groupset, ask for more pics, budget for some new parts and make an offer, £250 should get it.
Ps) posting a bike with parcel force seems to be the only realistic option, £20, + insurance, you're easily looking at £30+ for postage on something of that value.

The dent you can see in one of the photos is from where the saddle was resting against another bikes rubber handle grip.
Old 1994 DX SPD's? They still work but a bit of play in the axles? I can clean the dirt off but I don't think it's going to help the value that much TBH.
