Another hard month with such variety :)

It was between Rob's Tequesta, Barneys Kula & Nevada smiths Nigel Dean but in the end Rob Aitkins GT Tequesta takes my vote as it looks just perfect.

The only thing it needs now is a layer of mud

Thanks very much, it has been ridden but only on nice days so far......
It's nice in the air......

Some really nice retro goodness this month.

I particulary like tintin40's Trimble, however, I don't think the photo does it credit. I would love to see some better shots in even lighting with an uncluttered background. I've never ridden a Trimble or even seen one in the flesh so to speak, but looking at this bike I just want to take it for a spin.

I also like the elegance of chowi's 1992 Gilles Berthoud. Being from the other side of the pond I've never even heard of this particular bike builder. There is just something very solid about this bike that is very attractive. It is well proportioned, the blue paint is deep and dark, but ohhhh sooooo shiny. The handlebars are swept back at a very inviting angle. The seat is positioned perfectly (for me at least). Put 34 psi in those tires and I bet it could tackle some seriously rough terrain.

I'm also strangely attracted to Jamis Diablo's 1989 Jamis Diablo. I just want to tighten up those toe straps and hammer down my local single track trail. I'm not a big fan of the yellow cables, but they do accent the other yellow bits nicely. I must admit I'm a bit a bike snob so when I see what I consider a BSO I usually just skip on down to the next entry, but I really like this one.

Then there's the sq_root_of_2's 1986-7 Ritchey Timber Comp, and PACE 200's Pace RC200 F1, and on and on.

Hmmmm…. I think I'll wait until tomorrow to vote.

Winner takes a MBR Magazine sub so vote wisely.

So that's the wooden spoon, what's first prize?

That Berthaud's rather nice isn't it.
So too Tony's Trimble...

Think the black Pace is more my kind of build though so takes my vote this month.

Congrats all.
