Send it Now - Are they reliable??

Hi there,just curious if anybody has used Send It Now? I'm looking for a cheap but reliable courier to get my Viking delivered but don't want to use an unreliable company. Send it Now is the best I could find but are they any good?

I have never sent a bike by them, but I have had first hand experience of using Paisley Freight on a number of occasions for car parts and alloy wheels.

They are reasonably priced and it can all be done online.

I've used Senditnow twice with no problems at all

They're a subsidiary of Parcel Force IIRC

I've probably used them 20+ times. Been good upto now, but 2 weeks ago they turned up really late (expected when I work in a small village I guess) and last time they didn't turn up at all. I got a full refund. I would still use them in the future 'cos they're so much cheaper than using the post office.

i've used them and parcel monkey, no problems and good service had a slight issue with a tracking number but that was sorted nearly instantly by their live help.
