Mine was. It rode fine and everything, but fitting a rear disc needed a post mount caliper and washers.
Of course, the seller might have sorted this...

Hey ya, yeah due to circumstances I've had to sell it, very unwillingly!
Built it up for a few weeks, fitted Hope Minis to the rear and didn't need any jigging or poking with the alignment other than the standard few shims. I wasn't entirely sure they had been filed after it all fitted together ok.
