Back in the saddle MBK Tracker 1989

My refurbed Tracker. Back on the road today. If only I could touch up the paint. A few modernisations included, just for rideability, but pretty much as it always was. Those bars are pretty narrow. Some of you may call it a gate...but it was long ago and it was far away.

I can't tell from the photo how bad the paint actually is, maybe some T cut could be sufficient?

Yeah, I think they are for panniers, but you'll see the extra ones on the seat tube and the top tube are for attaching a strap to help with shouldering.

Ahhh, shoulder pads, I still have a pair of luminous yellow (now faded) local motion top tube and handle bar pads!

I like the BMX style head tube gusset, and also the internally brazed construction, which suggests the same factory as Peugeot and another company I forget.
