yeah it was a great ride thanks for joining us on our old patch ,the hail was unbeliveable I managed to bomb it up to the top to catch shelter behind that trigg point (see pics) any way glad you enjoyed the route lads hope you can join me and vern up there again soon

Good to hear everyone enjoyed the ride, the weather up there is always different to any-wear else, because of all the aviation fuel they dump before landing

I have to say the pics could never do the extreme hail storm Justice,
my favorite memory of the ride " hiding in a wheel rut from the hail stones" and the sunny start to the ride.

Hi chaps, sorry couldn't make it in the end, I actually went out with the Mrs and the nipper for a ride along the Bridgewater Canal. Not as much fun no doubt but nice cafes about which I suspect you didn't have... Gave the Stumpy an easy day for change

Mrlee, thanks for the offer of the lift, I might take you up on that at some point in the future, the route there looks fantastic.
