Here's a 1 x 9 XC bike that I built for a friend, he's collecting it this week after I finish setting up the indexing and fitted new decals to the fork. Only the seatpost is stock to the frame, and I'm pretty happy with the paintwork and overall looks and feel - nice & light, fast & skippy!

Thanks to everyone on here who supplied me a few bits for this project... it may just be a 'humble' Claude Butler, but the frame is really light with very trick chainstays, huge cowled drop-outs and a well reinforced down/headtube gusset. Plus all the cable routing is well though out and (possibly through sheer luck) it handles really nicely with the forks and stem/bar set-up as shown!

Beautiful!

That looks really clean, and I love the colour.

Do you ever find yourself spinning-out with the 32t front 'ring?

I have same set up on another bike and yes I do, but also not pushing uphill as much!
