And today I did......

Fine (as is the bike!), hell of a fright though. I made eye contact with her as I rounded the roundabout (as you do), she still thought she could get out ahead of me. Absolutely mental, as I wasn't covering the brakes, I was convinced I was going onto her bonnet, but between her eventually braking and me swerving I just made it.

Apart from that (and some other wifey in Linlithgow nearly collecting me as she opened her car door) it was a cracking night (and ride), averaged 18.3mph over 21.6 miles, reasonably pleased, thinking I could get to like this.
 
Dont go over to the dark side ZZ, a mile on the road is all well and good but mud is were it is at, repeat after me roadies are pathetic mt biking is balletic!
 
I'm beginning to wonder if my GPS is broken :D

Ach, there aren't any big hills (only 472 ft of climbing), so you can maintain a reasonable average for most of it. I need to start ramping up the distance, and build the stamina rather than worry about speed anyway.
