cheers guys

the only thing i'm not happy with is the stem btw , noticed it looked wrong when i took the pictures

it rides well , good for throwing around corners but it does need a stiffer spring

i'm thinking about sticking a set of black 97 z1's on it :?

Bizarrely Gary Klein designed it for a rigid fork.

your right taz but i'm sure mine came with a manitou fork from new , thats what the last owner told me anyway

Rigid for you say :shock: i dont remember ever seeing one with a non sus front end.
Any pics? would be nice to see

There was a rumor bitd that if the forks didnt match the rear sus it would damage/break/crack the headtube area :?
Could this be the case and thats why you dont see them in rigid guise :?

Possibly market pressure. People would see the bike and want it full bounce. I certainly can't understand the rigid front, sus rear idea.

Cannondale had rear sus rigid fronts, so did proflex in a fashion(had a flexstem).
