questions about Maillard freewheel

Hi, i have the same freewheel (Maillard 5 speed, 14-26) on my Raleigh Pursuit (probably) 1986 and want to change chain - would any 3/32" chain fit? How about the KMC z82 (sorry, can't post links)

Also, if anyone in London has the tool to loose the lock-ring, please PM me! I only need to do this job so would just borrow it.

Third and last question, would the Regina or the Sunrace freewheels here below fit on the Maillard hub I have?

Chain should be fine but if the freewheel is worn it is very likely to skip.

The other freewheels should fit fine although for those ratios you will need a long cage rear mech.
