Yes seen it. It's a RB member in NZ - therolex?. The frame is my size too but a bit expensive for my wallet.
 
Thank You. Pulstar hubs came in two different flavours (English spelling, sorry). The original equipment type used on Parkpre's were truly aweful. The bearings were cheap and the freewheels did not last. However, the better quality aftermarket ones are very good.

The BikePro website has a chapter dedicated to Pulstar hubs and the demise of the brand after the trade lost faith in them.
 
I'm glad this got bumped, even if it was only spam, as I'd not seen it before.
