I'll look for the one I found previously for you when I'm on my laptop.

If it's an air shock. It should be set too about 20-25% sag when your sat on it.

If its a spring I'm not sure. Sorry. Try setting it up at the same sag level too?

Thankyou....it's a Vanilla Float R rear shock....I have the manual for that....it's the I-Drive one I'm really after

i have a manual here
but im not sure whats in it (who reads manuals anyway?!)
but i also have a halfords/mbuk service page from a magazine i believe
i can scan it in
i will find it for you in a mo

and i also know how to do them if you need any help

should i go through it for you?
or do you want to see how you get on with that page?
