I bought this frame to do a lightweight build (it's 1340g) 
The frame is marked as an S (small) but I found the M (medium) too big for me at 5'10" and this suited a lot better with a 120mm stem
Top Tube:
C-C (along TT) = approx. 21 1/2" - 21 3/4"
C-C Effective = approx 22 1/8" - 22 1/4"
Seat-tube:
C-T = 17"
C-C = 14 1/2"
