18 was the smallest size in 1993, whereas your Adroit was the second smallest size in the 1999 range! Klein said this bike was for 5-0 to 5-4 people, while yours was for 5-4 to 5-7 people. Seat tubes about the same (16), but your top tube slightly longer (22.6 vs 22.0).
