Giro thread

So Contador takes the lead :( Can't help but feel he'll win outright then get banned and leave another race in a mess. A fine show of power though. Will we see a Vuelta style national call to arms?
 
They've dropped the Monte Crosti as it was too dangerous and the finish is on the Zoncolan. 1 in 5 with no support vehicles , should be a cracker. About 35k to the start of the climb .... it's on fromsport.com at the moment.
 
They just chopped another 15k or so out, suddenly they're all at the bottom of Zoncolan........teams scarmbling to get the support bikes up- nae cars can do the climb.
 
No he's not a popular chap is he :LOL: still he looks the strongest by a mile, in the bag methinks. Against my principles I included him in a dreamteam, loose morals me!

I wasn't expecting that mountain to be so steep! Id have to stop every 15mins!
