you need non v-brake leavers, so any that you would run with cantis.

v brake leavers pull in twice the amount of cable you need.
The SD levers will work with either. Dial the red adjuster all the way so that the cable inner's barrel is nearest to the bars for cantis or calipers, all the way away from the bars for V's.
this alters the leverage and so the cable pull. I've used these in mixed systems on my racing pedalcar with drums and V's.
