I am curious which steal would be lighter
It seams the Paletti has older group, C Record, and the Massi has Chorus.
The Paletti has different stem than the original, and the Massi has different seat post

Apologies for getting Masi and Massi confused. I should pay more attention before replying
I did base my choice purely on the aesthetics of both as not having any real knowledge of either brand. So again I choose Massi.
