Don't worry Rob, we can make it as short or as long as needs be on the evening and we'll stick to a nice steady pace (which I prefer 
) as it will be windy I think which never helps.
We can stick to mainly bridleways or we can take in the splendor of Southwell catherdral with a little more road riding.
I'll bring the OS and we can decide before we set off.
My knee goes when I singlespeed for a while or try to push up hills in a bigger than usual cog. Just a thought.
