Was it sold as a complete bike OR frame set? That was put together by the manufacturer as a complete bike?

I'm not sure, this one has never been for sale as is, but later ones as complete bikes i think,

Yes the title of the pic "pivot" made it more easier, it's nice to see how wide the choice still is. RAD was a good idea but it's not that, here's another pic. you'll have to wait till tomorrow to know more, i go to bed now (unless my 3 month son wakes up...)
