22" - does it come with free leg extensions?

Size issue

So what would the 22" measurement mean in terms of top tube length, do we reckon? As the top tube bends up, I guess it's not a comparable figure to most bikes (the opposite of say, Kona's shorter sizes).

The head tube still looks v. short to me.

It doesnt need much to be back on the road .

Might have to wait though for build , as baby arrived on saturday , so my Mrs might not agree on that bargain price .
