WTD - Smallish (14-16") bike for the GF

Trying to get the better half to join me out on the bike. Ideally looking for a complete bike with some sort of bouncy forks or Ahead if not (I have some I can fit to it). She's only 5' 4". Price up to around £200. Not too bothered if its modern.

I have a pink marin project 16" 1997 1&1/8" headset in the pre 1997 are at £30 maybe a cheap hack could be built to see if she likes it?
