went to work , was in leith walk today and some wee buggers set an old building on fire right next to where we were working so we had to sit well away from it and watch in the sun :LOL:

my bloody arms still sare :? i intend on finnishing velos old kona tomorrow as i quite fancy something steel just now :D

Tried cycling for the first time in a couple of weeks due to a cold/chest infection.

Didn't work and felt like like death after one mile, and then had to face the cycle home. It was a tough mile with much coughing and heart going like a jackhammer.
 
sounds like me all the time fella...its my butt that hurts the most...just not used to the saddle these days...the yamaha is more comfy too..
