was a good ride today think the pub really liked are lycra head count reads as

we left my house in lowestoft and headded out to somerlayton on the angles trail from there we went though to herronfleet hills following from there into fritton woods (waverny forrest) we did a good couple of laps of the woods then made are way to the decoy pub and then followed the loverly mix of single track and briddle way back to lowestoft
