crank bros are like 22mm or something silly.

must admit i have been musing about the idea of a standard lower race with a nylon bush instead of a top race. probably wont work though.

those headsets are semi intergrated, not external cup which is what your frame needs.

nope. they sit in an over sized head tube.

yeah double check
stick in an external one, if it wont go in (i.e without the tools) then you need an external one
if the external one goes in no trouble - and is loose, then you need a semi

if you need a semi, let me know and i will point you to some cheap but ultra quality bling

or even if you need external too
