Sort of, i think that one is for a Cannondale tho. you need an eyelet top and bottom like on your current one

I have the same float on my spesh and its a very good shock, even has factory set ProPedal, so to adjust it you simply decrease or increase the pressure with a pump, I have mine set at 225psi on the 5" setting on the BETD linkage and it works a treat, as a price guide I paid £40 for mine and its near mint apart from sticker peel which is normal

The one you posted up has a thread on the shock which is how it fixes to the frame. The one i posted has an eyelet at each end.
