Help id late 50's early 60's nervex campy frame

if selling your probably better breaking it up. that stem alone is worth alot.

I love the birds egg colour finish, i wouldn't refurb it. ;)
 
Lovely looking machine with some very nice components. I rather like the first generation Weinmann CPs.
