I have put these onto my bike after getting some cable clamps finally &....
for some reason the left hand canti on front & rear has no spring retention & sits against (no adjustment screw on these incase your wondering) the rim. I have tried turning the spring around etc but to no avail. I'm guessing the correct installation is brake arm onto lug, followed by spring, then washer then ano red spring holder & finally bolt?!
The spring on the left-hand-side also distorts horrible when wound around to hold straddle cable - knackered springs?
Any advice appreciated
