I think the Rascal was an under-rated Klein. it was equal to the 'better' more expensive brothers. If you couldn't afford them.

Yeah, this is great bike, with the "Klein feeling", almost the same as Attitude and Adroit.

But less techno weenie than these.

And more affordable. Even 15 years after.
