£70 so far.

Soon to go up to £100 when it gets some much needed tyres.

I'm pretty chuffed with it :)

This so far has cost me £2

Parts bin specials are cool if the parts don't owe you anything.

Here's my breakdown.

This Kona cost me £10 as seen here:

I removed some parts and replaced some.

I've added DX F&R mechs, and XT Canti's that owe me nothing. They came on a part bike that cost £40, I later sold F&F for £40. (I gave away MO95 XT 3x7 brifters, now I wish I hadn't).

I've added the DMR V8's that's came on a bike that cost me £12 I later sold random parts for £20, and I still have the frame.

The Kona just needs some 3x7 shifters. I haven't even replaced tyres (original Kona) or cables. The frame is a little small 16" (18" ctt) but for next to nowt I can life with that. I may also swap the crankset as the parts I've added are a bit more upmarket than Alivio.

.

This as it stands now owes me about £85 excluding the wheels which get used on about 4 different bikes :D
