What's on there?:
Wheels: Mavic rims with a 7-speed XT hub rear and WI front hub,
Tires: Front and rear Onza Porcupine,
Seatpost/seat: Plain old Ritchey seatpost with a (198:cool: Turbo seat,
Brakes: Ritchey Logic brakes and levers with Tri-Dangle hangers,
Shifters: Shimano XT M732 7-speed thumb shifters,
Derailleurs: Front and rear Shimano M735 7-speed XT,
Crankset: Shimano M730 XT with one black TA chainring,
Pedals: Shimano M735 with toe-clips and some cool pinkiepink straps ;-)

I guess that was it... It's no "ubercool custom parts, CNC machined tricked out" bike, but this is the one you'll find me on outside first time I'll be on a bike again :) So I just kept it simple and I must say that it looks very nice. I am very happy with it! Especially since I had to polish the WI front hub, but luckily Mr. Void Sr. had some old J-wax cleaner and man that stuff is magic!!

Looking good. I wasn't home today, so I didn't meet the buyer of Martin's Klein. Hope you'll have a good time with it.
Btw, those brakes are not going to work.

If you're referring to the brake cable for the rear brake.... uhm, yeah it will :) I replaced it with a normal oldie XT brake and that's thicker than the one that went all the way through. My oldie XT brake cable won't go through no matter what I tried, and the thinner one would. Checked and turned out the old cable Martin had in is about as thick as the inside of my XT cable. So there would be about 1-2mm difference in thickness.

Looks prestine...I'd love to get my hands on a 20" frame..hmmmm...

A sleepless night further and first thing in the morning a confrontation with this. Well I must say, the first time I dont feel shit seeing someone else posing with the ex...:)

Have fun with it!!!!!!!

Cheers Martin

Well, finally after some fiddling around we've come this far:

I have temporarily stolen the front wheel off my Stumpjumper, but when my front hub arrives next week I'll be buidling it's proper front wheel. Also thinking that a nice set of Onza Porc's would look nice on it (these tires are also from my Stumpjumper and wanna leave them on there).

But we're getting there :) Just waiting for all remaining parts (chain, 3rd small front chainring and toe-clips + straps) and then we'll be done! Can't wait to get my first ride on this baby... I was thinking of calling her "Porno", after my girlfriend's name (Parna btw, but porno is a nice tease for her heheh).

Now that is nice I must say.

I am pleased to see that a bike that almost every one of us on here would have loved has been built up with the respect it deserves. I cannont think of any parts I would have used other than what you are using. The Ritchey Logic finishing kit is a beautiful touch.

That is a Klein in a safe pair of hands.

Hi Void,

Very nice ! :D Proper built with nice, functional parts. Most attention is drawn by the frame. No disturbing factors. White Turbo is a nice touch.
