Cracked Carbon Rim???

That looks like impact damage - unless you can inject some polyurethane 'structural' foam inside the rim to prevent crack propagation, then it'll likely fail in short order. Try getting a second opinion from on of the carbon frame repair specialists.
 
I repair carbon frames all the time and I think you may be lucky with that rim , the crack is away from the brake surface and spoke holes, Did that damage happen whilst it was a built up wheel? some PU foam inside and a patch may make it a heavy spot ? just a (carbon/ epoxy) patch with the top layer 3K plain carbon at 45 deg should be enough to fix it but the "weave" will be interrupted. A small mould could be made off an adjoining section of rim (not where the sticker is) and that be used to clamp against the wet patch which would compress it slightly and minimise sanding that is needed after cure . Lats
 
Remember, you can buy new carbon rims from China for as little at $150 so be wary about the economics of repair
 
agreed on the economics statement but a china/ebay/alibaba/gigantex etc rim is not a corima IMO

Not sure of the economics for you, but they guys at Corima have mended several discs and quads (even Zipps!) with far worse damage than that for us, at a very reasonable cost. Maybe £60GBP a wheel + postage.

They'd probably inject resin, patch and remould, along the lines of previous suggestions. They inspect first then quote if they think it's safely repairable, or return the damaged parts as 'un-repairable' for you to destroy...
