Nice bike, love that blue.............but why does it have rear disk and V brake at the rear???? or am I seeing things

picked them up from the shop that built them literally an hour or so before the pic was taken and wanted to see how well they were built, but didn't have any other bike to try them on at the time lol.
also didnt have the correct tool to take the disc off at the time
i do now however have a specialized shark fin so this will be going back to discs

I had the same problem with the bolt but local Bapp store had a flat allen one in stock so 40p later........haha
