seat tube centre to top is 19 inches.

seat tube centre to centre is 16 inches.

top tube centre to centre is 22.5 inches.

David, I really don't know how this works "pay the deliverer" but I won't let the frame go with being paid for in full first. Chris.
 
Not a problem David but I'll have to put it at a slightly higher price to cover all of their fees. If this is ok with you let me know and I'll sort it. I have nearly 500 positive feedbacks on ebay and a 100% record so fear not I won't rip you off. Chris.
 
ok, before you can put more photos?one photo at serial number? You can put the frame in ebay at 50 pounds and the transport 450,this way commissions are not paid...
