I bought some from the local market for a fiver.They are fine and give a reasonable cut,certainly clean and fray free.
Unfortunately i had to snip out a hub and after 36[typical]spokes,and as a result its a bit nicked along its cutting edge.Still usable but not the best of cut now.
Identical to these,and most of the cheap ones[pedro ,ice toolz etc]
