That looks really, really nice. Well done! 8)

How does it feel with that much travel at the front?

I believe iirc :? that I set them to 80mm travel so a-c is about 445mm. It handles quite nicely :)

Sounds perfect. Looks like a lot of fun to ride... Jealous...

Great job as usual Martin 8)

Im thinking a extra splash of yellow to go with the decals might work well. Maybe some hutchinson tyres with the yellow outer edges? Or, old crossmax wheels with the yellow hubs maybe?

Thanks for all the positive comments :D

I may agree with you Mike on the wheels, but I don't like the sound of the tyres ;)

Maybe yellow decals on the forks :? or a different fork ;) ............

Tyres + washing machine = divorce.....and a lovely clean pair of tyres as an aside

Did this to a set of Hutchinson Pythons, 30 dec c and they shrunk! Wouldn't fit on any of my rims after

Bike is seriously cool, would prefer more retro Black Sids (if you must use forks like Noodles though) the Zocchi's look a million miles better!!Just on with a '92 Explosif in 18 flavour myself, frame is V light for steel.

I think the Z2s look better. The yellow and silver ano seem to match the frame colors more so than the plain looking SID. Just my two cents!

The Z2s are the forks for this one, they look superb! Not sure about the riser, but if it has to be comfortable nothing to say. Very nice mate ;)

Z2s look good on there - better than the silver SID.

If you want to borrow a set of Hutchinsons with gold stripes round em you're more than welcome.

Also have a set of black SIDs you can borrow to try for looks.

Do you want to borrow the MrXC BB then? If I drop it with you tonight or tomorrow, can I have it back for the weekend?

J

the Z2's look far nicer..

the yellow in the forks goes well with the decals on the frame..

the sids look plain and boring in comparison.
