but, the rims are really wide/heavy duty
the forks are 3.5 kg ish i think
tyres are heavy
unsure on frame weight but has some fat tubing - downtube
203mm rotors, hayes nine
cnc block stem
dh bars which are quite thick

as you can see, some fairly heavy parts

im far from a weight weenie, would cost me too much :LOL:

I love the pics on your thread I regard modern bikes as "military grade " compared to old school stuff and yours certainly lives up to that tag it could "go to war".....sweeeet

strangely, or maybe just me, but you dont see many 'street' bikes around
theyre normally dirt jump bikes or bmx's
not that im trying to create a new category :LOL:
(maybe i just suck because i cant do it on a hardtail :LOL: )
